Application
Penstocks are mainly used for water supply and drainage projects to cut off water flow in channels. It works with raw water, clean water and sewage at normal temperature.

Structure and working mechanism
Penstock adopts the integral assembling structure in the channel, e.g. the plane reinforcing type and the plugboard type installation; Penstock uses hoist to drive the screw to rotate, it can be equipped with a manual hoist and an electric hoist to push the screw under the trapezoidal thread action, cutting off or dredging the water flow.
